As a lawyer:
I focus my practice on Criminal and Traffic Defense, Estate Planning, and Small Business Advising. I’ve recently started doing civil litigation of any variety. I have represented clients on charges such as Reckless Driving, DWI/DUI, Larceny (Shoplifting), and various traffic matters, in Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Stafford, Loudoun, and Alexandria General District Courts.
For Small Businesses, I have reviewed independent contractor agreements, edited and drafted contracts, helped with businesses just looking to get started in terms of incorporation and formation. I have also defended small businesses in Court.
As an estate planner, I drafts wills, trusts, and other documents such as Advanced Health Care Directives, to help clients plan for unwelcome emergencies, and to take care of families in times of need. My favorite clients are clients with young families like my own.
I live in Arlington where I spend time with my wife, son and daughter. Away from practicing law, I am a member of Cherrydale Baptist Church, am a hobbyist Pit Master in the Memphis tradition, read/listen about economics, and am an avid baseball fan.
